● 3-night minimum stay required for holidays – MLK Jr., Easter, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

● 3-night minimum stay required for lobster mini season.

● 2-month reservations require a 1-month deposit.

● Open campfires, open flames, fire pits, wood fires or fireworks are NOT allowed anywhere within the park.

● ALL guests and visitors must register with our front office for entrance into the campground.

● Guest must be at least 25 years of age for check-in.

● Loud music or loud-speakers are not allowed.

● GOLF CARTS / JET SKIS / JET BOATS not allowed.

● HOT TUBS not allowed.

● LOST GATE KEY:  $50.00 Replacement fee.

●A SECURITY DEPOSIT of $250.00 must be held on a credit card for incidentals.

● All renters must agree to comply with all Key Largo Kampground rules.  Any violation of Key Largo Kampground rules and regulations are subject to a $100.00 fine.  The fine will be deducted from security deposit on hold.  In addition, you may be expelled from the Kampground WITHOUT A REFUND.

● Drones are not allowed to be flown over the campground. Drones may fly at our North and South beaches over the water only.

● Please respect our quiet time hours after 10:00 PM. If you are too loud or causing a disturbance after 10:00 PM, a security guard will give you a warning. Once warned, you will be at risk of being escorted out of the resort without a refund.

● JETSKI / WAVERUNNERS / JET BOATS ARE NOT PERMITED IN KLK

●If you’re bringing a boat/trailer, it must fit on your rented lot; if not, boat slips are available $39.99+tax/day or $199.95+tax/week and trailer parking for $39.99+tax/day or $199.95+tax/week .  NOTE: Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.  One-time Boat Launching impact fee is $25.00+tax.  Boats are limited to 25 feet maximum.

●ALL BOATS MUST BE LESS THAN 25′ LONG overall AND MUST FIT ON RENTED SITE.  If the boat with trailer does not fit on site, an additional trailer parking fee must be paid. Boat slip and trailer parking are available on a first come, first served basis.

● Electric car charging fee: $25.00+tax for 3 hours of charging. Payable to Key Largo Kampground

● Cleaning Fee: $150.00 for excessive trash removal from site.

● Boat/Trailers are not allowed on tent sites.
